Seized properties, vehicles to be auctioned

On the directions of the Tamil Nadu Protection of interest of Depositors (TNPID) Court three immovable properties of M/s Welltex firm will be auctioned at the District Collectorate at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, March 30.

Value of properties with combined base price of Rs. 46.4 lakh included four house sites worth Rs. 18.24 lakh at Arasur in Sulur taluk, 3,465 sq.ft. near Sulur worth Rs. 6.93 lakh and 2,350 at Irugur worth Rs. 21.15 lakh.

Details of the same and terms of the auction have been exhibited at the Sulur Taluk office and the District Collectorate. Interested persons can have a look at the sites with the assistance of the Sulur Tahsildar till the day ahead of the auctioning.

A total of 140 two-wheelers involved in various cases that were seized by the city police will be auctioned at the Police Recruits School ground from 11 a.m. on Tuesday. Persons interested in bidding for the vehicle should pay 10 per cent of the value fixed for the vehicle.
