Coimbatore: Residents of Sauriyapalayam, Ward 50, Coimbatore, submitted a petition to DMK Secretary N. Karthik, seeking Town Survey Land Records (T.S.L.R.) for their houses. The petition was presented during an event held at the Catholic Devangar Community Hall on September 23.

N. Karthik, the DMK Secretary for Coimbatore Urban District and former MLA, received the petition from Kurian, the coordinator of the Catholic Association, along with other officials and local residents. The petition highlighted the residents' request for T.S.L.R. documentation for their houses.

The event was presided over by Kennedy, the General Secretary of the Catholic Devangar Association. Notable attendees included R. Cheralathan, Secretary of Peelamedu Area-3, K. Manikandan, Secretary of the 51st Ward Committee, DMK officials, Catholic Association executives, and a large number of local residents.

The submission of this petition underscores the importance of proper land documentation for the residents of Sauriyapalayam.
