The event was jointly organized by the National Service Scheme of Vidyasagar Arts and Science College, Red Ribbon Club, Udumalaipettai Government Hospital, Police Department, and Ennam Pol Vaazhkai Foundation.

The rally, which focused on Swachh Bharat, drug eradication, road safety, and HIV/AIDS awareness, commenced from Udumalaipettai Kuttai Thidal and proceeded through the town's main streets before concluding at the Central Bus Stand. Leading the procession were Udumalaipettai Police Inspector Gopalakrishnan, Traffic Inspector Krishnamurthy, College Principal Jayakumar, professors, the Chief Medical Officer of Udumalaipettai Government Hospital, staff members, and S.A.I. Nelson, founder of Ennam Pol Vaazhkai Foundation.
