Teenage girl kidnapped from Sulur bus stop

A 17-year-old girl was kidnapped from Sulur bus stop on Sunday (April 3) at around 8.30pm. The victim, Maheshwari R, is a Class 12 student. She was walking with her parents to her maternal grandfather's house, when two men in a Maruti Swift kidnapped her from the Sulur bus stand. Her father, Rasappan, a truck driver has registered a case with the police, and has expressed suspicions over a 19-year-old man, Rajesh Kumar, who allegedly conspired the kidnapping. The police is also on the lookout for C Anandakumar, 23, and Jaganmohan K, 25, who allegedly kidnapped Maheshwari.
