The Department of Posts will conduct regional level dak adalat on March 28 at 11 a.m. at the Office of the Postmaster General, Western Region. According to a press release, postal customers can send their complaints to the Assistant Director (Staff), office of the Postmaster General, Western Region, Coimbatore – 641002. The covers should be superscribed “Dak Adalat Case”. The complaints should have details such as date and time of posting, full address of the sender and addressee, registered/consignment number with date and office of booking for Money Orders, VP, Registered, Insured and Speed Post articles. The complaints can also be related to savings bank or postal life insurance.
