Coimbatore's golden boy M Sathish Kumar of Rathinapuri Corporation School bagged a gold in 5000m, completing the race in just 15.51 minutes and another gold in the 1500m race completing it in 4.08 minutes, in the Senior Boys category.
Similarly, in the School Girls category, Vishrutha C of GRD CPF M.H.S.S secured silver in the 400m run completing in 59.30 minutes. Kiruthika M of Rathinapuri Corporation School and Vikhashini C of GRD CPF M.H.S.S. bagged bronze in 2000m and 400m respectively.
In the College Boys category, P Praveen Kumar of PSG College of Arts and Science secured silver in 100m in 10.85 seconds and Divakar S of PSG jumped 1.96 mts to secure silver in the National Level Meet.
The team of P Praveen Kumar, G Siva Bharathi, J Ajay and M Joshua Chelladurai from PSG CAS secured silver in the 4*100m relay and N Navaneeth, R Yukesh, K Tharun and D Hari Prasath of the same college bagged a bronze in 4*400 relay.
