Coimbatore: The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Karpagam Engineering College organized the fifth International Conference on Modelling, Simulation and Control.
The 5th International Conference on Modelling, Simulation, and Control was held at Karpagam College of Engineering organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, ICMSC 2022 for two days, on 18th and 19th March 2022.
Dr. Naresh Nadammal, Senior Research Scientist, University of Applied Sciences, Germany was the chief guest.
Dr.C.Krishnaraj. Prof. & Head/Department of Mechanical Engineering welcomed the Chief Guest and participants of the conference. Dr. Vijayakumar. P, Principal presided over the function and addressed the importance of modeling, simulation, and control which was the main theme of the conference.
Dr.Titus Thankachan, Associate Professor and the conference coordinator presented the conference report. The conference proceedings were released by the dignitaries on the dais. Dr. Naresh Nadammal, presented his work in the area, Additive Manufacturing which also incorporates the concept of modeling and simulation. He highlighted the importance of modeling, simulation, and control and the challenges that come with it.
Participants from the various parts of the state presented their findings. More than 40 research papers were presented during this two-day conference under the various streams of engineering.
