Coimbatore: Karpagam Academy of Higher Education's Centre for Career Counselling and Competitive Examination in collaboration with Dheeran IAS Academy, jointly organized a one-day IAS Exam Orientation Training Program on July 11, titled 'Gateway to Success in Civil Service Examination.'
Sakthi Parthiban, Director, Dheeran IAS Academy was the Chief Guest for the program.
The Chief Guest motivated the students on topics such as the IAS exam itself, choice of subject for the exam, the method of preparation and the various opportunities related to an IAS exam.
156 students actively participated in this training program which began with the invocation song 'Tamil Thai Valthu.'
Dr. K Jothi, Professor and Head, the Department of Commerce, welcomed the gathering.
The Vice- Chancellor, Dr. B. Venkatachalapathy inaugurated and delivered the Presidential address.
Dr. AAmutha, Dean, Faculty of Engineering felicitated the program, while the session was handled by Giridhari Nagarajan, Faculty, Dheeran IAS Academy. Dr. E SivaSenthil, Cordinator concluded the program with a vote of thanks.
