Coimbatore: A two-day international conference on 'Developments in Drug Delivery (iC-D 3 -2k23)' is being held at the Karpagam College of Pharmacy in Coimbatore.
The conference highlights the developments in the field of Pharmaceutical Research and was presided over by Dr. R Vasanthakumar, Chairman, Karpagam Group of Institutions.
Sanjay Dasmohapatra, President - Technical Operations, Medopharm Private Ltd. and Dr. B Venkatachalapathy, Vice-Chancellor of Karpagam Academy of Higher Education were chief guests at the event.
Dr. B Sangameshwaran, Principal, SSM College of Pharmacy was the Guest of Honour while K Murugaiah, Chief Executive Officer, Karpagam Group of Institutions and Dr. S Mohan, Principal, Karpagam College of Pharmacy felicitated the conference.
On the first day of the conference on Monday, top scientists in the pharmaceutical field, Dr. K Venkatesh Kumar, Associate Professor and Unit Head, AIMST University, Malaysia, Dr. Nayanabhirama Udupa, Director of Research, Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara University, Karnataka and Dr. M Vijayakumar, Principal Scientist, Himalaya wellness company, Bengaluru delivered lectures that motivated the delegates. Cultural events were also performed by the students of Karpagam College of Pharmacy.
