The Southern Railways has introduced special weekly train from Coimbatore to Asansol, in West Bengal starting from January 4, 2020. The train will operate only four days - January 4, 11, 18 and 25th.
Special Train No. 06017 from Coimbatore to Asansol will leave at 9:45 pm on the stipulated dates via Tirupur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam, Perambu, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Samlkot, Duvvada, Kottavalasa, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam Road, Palasa, Sompeta, Brahmpur, Khurda Road, Bhubaneshwar, Naraj marathapur, Bhadrak, Balasore, Hijili, Midnapore, Bankura and Adra.
The train will reach Asansol at 10:30 AM on Monday 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th of January 2020.
The train will have stoppages at Tirupur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakonnam and Chennai Perambur. The train will not stop at Chennai Central.
Bookings are open from 8 am of December 26, 2019 for AC two-tier, AC three-tier and sleeper class.
