The Southern Railways are currently operating 4 special trains, during the day. In this scenario, 3 new special trains will begin operations from June 12 and reservation for the same will commence from June 10 at 8 AM, according to a release.Â
Arakkonam - Coimbatore daily special train
Train No 02675 Arakkonam - Coimbatore will depart at 7 AM at Arakkonam and reach Coimbatore 2:05 PM. On return Train No 02676 will depart Coimbatore at 3:05 PM and reach Arakkonam at 10 PM.
Stoppages:Â Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode and Tirupur.
Trichy - Chengalpattu daily special train
Train No: 02606 Trichy-Chengalpattu will depart at 7 AM from Trichy and will reach Chengalpattu at 11:30 AM. On return, the train 02605 will start at 4:45 PM and reach Trichy at 9:05 PM.
Stoppages:Â Ariyalur, Villupuram and Melmaruvathur
Chengalpattu to Trichy daily special train
Train No 06795 Chengalpattu to Trichy daily special train will depart at 2 PM and arrive at Trichy at 8 PM. On return Train No 06796 will depart at 6:30 AM and arrive at Chengalpattu at 12:40 PM.
Stoppages:Â Melmaruvathur, Villupuram, Thirupathipuliyur, Mayiladuthurai, Kumbakonam and Tanjore.
