Coimbatore's Chief Educational Officer Transferred

The Chief Educational Officer (CEO) of Coimbatore, P Usha has been transferred and posted as CEO of Thanjavur. In her place, M Ramakrishnan will take over as CEO of Coimbatore.


The Chief Educational Officer (CEO) of Coimbatore, P Usha has been transferred and posted as CEO of Thanjavur. In her place, M Ramakrishnan will take over as CEO of Coimbatore.

The transfer was done after taking into consideration the government’s investigation department's recommendation to the Department of School Education on Wednesday.

The order came to immediate effect, signed by the state's Chief Secretary of School Education, Neeraj Kumar.

This is P Usha’s second transfer in the academic year 2020-21. In February 2020, she was transferred to Coimbatore as CEO from Namakkal.
