Fire breaks out at house in Valparai

Neighbours rescued both the husband and wife who were caught in the fire inside the house and brought them to the Valparai Government Hospital for treatment in a 108 ambulance.


Coimbatore: Fire breaks out at house in Valparai leaving the husband and wife injured in Coimbatore hospital

Sabareeswaran, 39, Muthumari, 35, a resident of Paralai Estate near Valparai in Coimbatore district, have two children. They work in a tea estate in the area. Both husband and wife are at home this afternoon.



On hearing the sound of a fire inside the house, the neighbours rescued both the husband and wife who were caught in the fire inside the house and brought them to the Valparai Government Hospital for treatment in a 108 vehicle.



The hospital has also been given first aid treatment and has been referred to Coimbatore hospital for further treatment.

The Valparai police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.
