Coimbatore: CCTV footage has revealed that several accidents took place in a single day due to a speed breaker set up by the private school management without permission.

Chandrakanth (26), who was passing by a private school in Codissia area of Coimbatore, died on Friday (29.09.2023) night after he slipped and fell down after not mentioning the white lines on the speed breaker put up by the school management without permission.

The police removed the speed breaker completely after the CCTV footage of it was released and created a sensation. A statement was also issued by the corporation administration that no one should set up speed breakers in corporation areas without permission.

On the same day (29.09.2023) before Chandrakanth fell, several motorists stumbled and fell due to the speed breaker. They, too, did not realize that the speed breaker was set up there and stumbled because there was no white line. Now, cctv footage of the accidents has been released and it has come as a shock.
