Karpagam College Clinches Bronze Medal at Anna University zonal Basketball Tournament

Karpagam College secured the bronze medal in the fiercely contested basketball tournament organized by Anna University, featuring participation from 14 colleges in the region.


Coimbatore: The basketball courts in Sri Krishna Polytechnic College were witness to intense matches as students from various colleges showcased their skills at the Zone 10 basketball tournament organized by Anna University Zonals. Among the 14 participating teams, Karpagam College emerged triumphant, claiming the coveted bronze medal.

This tournament, specifically tailored for male students under Zone 10 of Anna University Zonals, was hosted by Sri Krishna Polytechnic College. The event saw enthusiastic participation from 14 colleges, and the players exhibited remarkable teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship.



In the women’s category, the basketball battle took place at P.A Polytechnic College, where 10 teams fiercely competed for the top honors. In the thrilling contest, Karpagam College stood tall, securing the third position and clinching the bronze medal.
