Extension of Service Period for Barauni-Coimbatore Weekly Special Trains

Weekly Special Trains are being operated between Barauni (in Bihar) - Coimbatore Jn via Salem, Erode, to clear the extra rush of passengers.


In response to the increasing demand, the service period of the Barauni-Coimbatore Weekly Special Trains has been extended, providing a vital link for passengers traveling between Bihar and Tamil Nadu. These special trains have been instrumental in managing the additional passenger load, ensuring smooth travel experiences.

Train No.03357, the Barauni-Coimbatore Weekly Special Train, departs from Barauni at 23:45 hrs on Saturdays, reaching Coimbatore Junction at 04:00 hrs on Tuesdays. On the return journey, Train No.03358, the Coimbatore Junction-Barauni Weekly Special Train, leaves Coimbatore Junction at 00:50 hrs on Wednesdays, arriving in Barauni at 06:00 hrs on Fridays.

The extended service period is as follows:

•Train No.03357 Barauni-Coimbatore Weekly Special Train will continue its operations until 09.12.2023.

•Train No.03358 Coimbatore Junction-Barauni Weekly Special Train will remain operational until 13.12.2023.

•Erode: 01:35/01:45 hrs

For Train No.03358 (Coimbatore Junction-Barauni):
