Councilor Ambika Dhanabal Conducts Inspection on Waste Collection in Coimbatore

Councilor Ambika Dhanabal of Ward No. 27 in North Coimbatore inspects daily waste collection operations and tree trimming waste management.


Coimbatore: Councilor Ambika Dhanabal from Ward No. 27 in the Peelamedu Shanthi Nagar area of North Coimbatore conducted an on-site inspection to ensure proper functioning of the daily garbage collection autos.



During her visit, she instructed the sanitation workers to ensure complete collection of waste.



She also appealed to the public to segregate degradable and non-degradable waste before disposal.



Additionally, Councilor Ambika oversaw the grinding operations of tree trimmings in Bharathi Colony and Surya Garden areas of Peelamedu, which were cut by the Electricity Board (EB).



She inspected the work and instructed the sanitation workers to ensure all trimmed branches are thoroughly processed using the grinding machine.



Ward supervisor Maheswari accompanied her during the inspection.
