Senior Level Fencing Championship Held in Coimbatore

Coimbatore's Kathir College of Arts and Science hosted the prestigious Senior Level Fencing Championship, providing a platform for winners to qualify for national-level competitions.


Coimbatore: The Kathir College of Arts and Science in the Neelambur area of Coimbatore district was bustling with activity as it hosted the Senior Level Fencing Championship today, January 9th. This event has become a crucial stepping stone for fencers aiming to participate in upcoming national competitions to be held in Assam.



Athletes from various districts of Tamil Nadu, including Coimbatore, Madurai, Kanyakumari, and Trichy, took part in this championship. Over a hundred participants demonstrated their skills, showcasing the high level of talent and competitiveness in the sport of fencing within the state.
