Coimbatore: Yesterday (January 17), the Coimbatore District Police Office hosted a Grievance Redressal Camp, addressing various issues presented by the public. The camp focused on resolving petitions related to family disputes, financial transactions, and property matters.

Out of 32 petitions reviewed, 26 were resolved amicably, while 6 required further investigation and were recommended for detailed examination. This camp is part of the police's initiative to provide a platform for the public to voice their concerns and seek prompt resolutions.

Such camps are instrumental in bridging the gap between the police and the community, ensuring that grievances are addressed efficiently and effectively, promoting a sense of trust and security among the residents of Coimbatore.
