The event welcomed Assistant Headmaster Jayachandran, while senior teacher Badri Narayanan read the annual report, highlighting the school's achievements and progress over the year.

The event was further dignified by the presence of Judge Manikandan from the Udumalai Subordinate Court, who shared valuable insights on the importance of education, discipline, and moral values in students' lives. Judges Vijayakumar, Balamurugan, and Meenatchi also extended their wishes to the students and faculty.

Former student and lawyer, T.R. Manoharan, spoke on the development of students, emphasizing the role of education in shaping future generations. The School Management Committee chairperson, Kavitha, along with members of the Madathukulam Panchayat Council and vice-chairperson, participated in the celebrations, adding to the event's vibrancy.

The festivities included literary and sports competitions, with prizes awarded to students excelling in half-yearly exams and those securing the top three positions. Special performances and art events were conducted, showcasing the talents of the students, who were also honored with gifts by the guests. The involvement of students' parents, who attended in large numbers, added warmth and support to the event, culminating in a vote of thanks by postgraduate teacher Uma, acknowledging everyone's contributions to the successful celebration.
