Consumer Grievance Redressal Meeting Scheduled at Negamam Power Office

A meeting for the redressal of consumer grievances is scheduled to be held at the Negamam power office on February 21 at 11 AM, under the leadership of Udumalai Chief Engineer M. Subramanian of Negamam Electricity Board.


Coimbatore: Residents of the Negamam power division are set to have their grievances addressed at a consumer grievance redressal meeting. The event, scheduled for February 21 at 11 AM, will be held at the Negamam power office. M. Subramanian, the Chief Engineer overseeing the Udumalai area, will preside over the meeting.

This initiative, aimed at addressing the complaints and concerns of electricity consumers within the Negamam power division, is a critical step towards ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Consumers residing in the areas under the Negamam division are encouraged to participate and voice their concerns.

N.A. Shankar, the Executive Engineer of the Negamam Electricity Board, made the announcement today, highlighting the importance of this meeting in fostering a direct dialogue between the power utility and its consumers. This meeting offers a platform for consumers to present their issues directly to the senior officials, ensuring that their voices are heard and addressed promptly.
