Continuous rainfall in Coimbatore has led to waterlogging on the Sathyamangalam-Kuppepalayam road, causing significant difficulty for motorists.


Coimbatore: Coimbatore District has been experiencing steady rainfall over the past few days, with the meteorological center issuing an orange alert for the area. Amidst these conditions, heavy rainfall on May 20 in the vicinity of Kovilpalayam has left the Sathyamangalam to Kuppepalayam road severely inundated.



The overflowing water from the streams has surrounded and submerged sections of the road, causing substantial distress to vehicle drivers navigating the route. Motorists are advised to exercise caution and avoid the affected area to prevent mishaps.
