FlixBus is set to launch 14 new buses on routes connecting Coimbatore, Bengaluru, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, and Chennai from September 10. This marks India as the 43rd country in FlixBus's global operations.

Coimbatore: FlixBus, the global intercity bus service provider, is all set to make its debut in India with the launch of new routes connecting major South Indian cities. The company announced that it will be introducing 14 new buses to operate on routes linking Coimbatore, Bengaluru, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

The new FlixBus services are scheduled to commence operations on September 10, marking a significant expansion of the company's global footprint. With this launch, India becomes the 43rd country where FlixBus will be offering its transportation services.

This move by FlixBus is expected to provide travelers with an additional option for intercity travel in South India. The company is known for its modern fleet, competitive pricing, and tech-enabled services, which could potentially reshape the long-distance bus travel landscape in the region.

The introduction of these new routes is likely to benefit students, professionals, and tourists who frequently travel between these major cities. It may also boost connectivity and potentially stimulate economic activities along these routes.

As FlixBus prepares to hit the Indian roads, it will be interesting to see how the company adapts its services to meet the specific needs and preferences of the Indian market, and how it will compete with existing intercity bus operators in the country.
