DMK's first general members meeting for the Big Bazaar Street area was held on September 3 in Coimbatore. The event focused on strengthening the party's presence in the region.

Coimbatore: The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) held its first general members meeting for the Big Bazaar Street area on Sunday, September 3. The gathering took place in Coimbatore district, bringing together party members from the locality.

N. Karthik, the DMK Secretary for Coimbatore Urban District, attended the event as the chief guest. He addressed the gathering, offering his congratulations and delivering a special speech to the attendees.

During his address, Karthik emphasized the importance of strengthening the DMK's presence in the area. He urged the existing members to focus on recruiting new individuals to join the party ranks. This call for expansion aligns with the DMK's strategy to bolster its support base in the Big Bazaar Street region of Coimbatore.

The meeting served as a platform for local DMK members to come together, discuss party matters, and strategize on ways to increase their influence in the constituency. Such grassroots-level meetings are crucial for political parties to maintain and grow their presence at the local level.
