Coimbatore: A special school for differently-abled students was inaugurated in Sokkanpalaiyam, near Annur, Coimbatore district. The school, established by a private organization called Nithilyam, aims to cater to the educational needs of students with various disabilities.

The school, spread across one acre of land, has been specifically designed to enhance the learning experience of students with autism, visual impairments, and learning disabilities. The facility is equipped with specialized resources and infrastructure to support the unique requirements of these students.



District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati officially inaugurated the school, marking its opening for use. The inauguration ceremony was attended by trustees of the organization and differently-abled students who will benefit from this new educational facility.



This initiative by Nithilyam is expected to play a crucial role in providing quality education and support to differently-abled students in the region.
