The event was organized following the directive of AIADMK General Secretary and Leader of Opposition Edappadi K Palaniswami.
The distribution took place during a consultative meeting of AIADMK functionaries from Ward 89A of Ramachettipalayam, which falls under the Sundakamuthur area committee of the Thondamuthur Assembly constituency. The meeting was attended by local AIADMK executives and party volunteers.
Velumani, who serves as the AIADMK Secretary for Coimbatore Rural South District, handed out the membership cards to party members, reinforcing the party's grassroots organization in the area.
