Deadline Extended for Regularization of Unapproved Layouts in Coimbatore Hill Areas

Coimbatore District Administration extends deadline to November 30 for regularization of unapproved layouts in hill areas. Online applications accepted for plots sold before October 20, 2016.

Coimbatore: The Coimbatore District Administration has announced an extension of the deadline for regularizing unapproved layouts in hill areas until November 30. This information was released in a press note issued by the administration on September 18.

According to the statement, individuals can apply online until November 30 to regularize layouts in hill areas. This applies to all plots, both sold and unsold, in unapproved layouts that were partially or fully sold on or before October 20, 2016.

The extension comes through a government order, providing a final opportunity for property owners to regularize their lands. The district administration has urged the public not to miss this chance to legalize their properties.

Those interested in applying under this scheme can do so through the designated website. The administration has emphasized that this is the last opportunity for regularizing unauthorized layouts and plots in hill areas that have not been regularized so far.

The move aims to bring unauthorized developments in hill areas under legal compliance, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulations. Property owners are advised to take advantage of this extension to avoid potential legal issues in the future.
