East Zone Chairperson Inspects Newly Built Child Welfare Center in Coimbatore's HUDCO Colony

East Zone Chairperson Ilanchelvi Karthik inspected the newly constructed Child Welfare Center in HUDCO Colony, Ward 52, Coimbatore, set to be inaugurated tomorrow, September 25, 2024.


Coimbatore: East Zone Chairperson Ilanchelvi Karthik conducted an inspection of the newly constructed Child Welfare Center in HUDCO Colony, Ward 52, under the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation's Eastern Zone. The inspection took place on Wednesday, September 24, 2024, a day before the center's scheduled inauguration.



The Child Welfare Center, built to cater to the needs of children in the HUDCO Colony area, is set to open its doors to the public tomorrow. During her visit, Chairperson Ilanchelvi Karthik thoroughly examined the facilities and construction work of the new building.



Accompanying the East Zone Chairperson during the inspection were Assistant Engineer Jagadeeswari, and local residents of HUDCO Colony, including Manikkam and Veeramani. The presence of these officials and community members underscores the importance of this new facility for the local residents.

This new Child Welfare Center is expected to play a crucial role in providing essential services and support to children in the HUDCO Colony area, further enhancing the welfare infrastructure in Coimbatore's Eastern Zone.
