'Senthil Balaji's bail is good news,' says Housing Minister Muthuswamy

Housing Minister Muthuswamy expressed satisfaction over Senthil Balaji's bail at the Farmers' Day Exhibition in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. He called it a positive development and welcomed the Supreme Court's decision.



Coimbatore: Housing Minister Muthuswamy, along with Agriculture Minister M.R.K. Panneerselvam, inaugurated the "Farmers' Day Exhibition" at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in Coimbatore. The ministers, who attended as special guests, also toured the exhibition.

Speaking to reporters afterwards, Minister Muthuswamy said, "Senthil Balaji getting bail is good news. The Supreme Court has made a correct and positive decision in this matter. We certainly consider this a very happy news."

He further added, "Earlier, there were many difficulties and unnecessary issues faced that were beyond the law. But today, we are pleased that all of that has come to an end."

Regarding Senthil Balaji's ministerial responsibility, Muthuswamy stated, "The leadership will decide about his ministerial position. As far as we are concerned, this is happy news. The leadership and the Chief Minister will decide on the next course of action."

The minister's comments come in the wake of the Supreme Court's decision to grant bail to Senthil Balaji, who had been facing legal challenges. The development has been welcomed by members of the ruling party, viewing it as a positive turn of events for their colleague.
