Ten students from Park Global School CBSE, Coimbatore, participated in CBSE Cluster Yoga Competition 2026 at Heartfulness International School, Telangana on July 31. Six students secured first place and two secured second place in various rhythmic and artistic yoga pair categories, bringing laurels to their school.
Coimbatore: Park Global School (CBSE), Coimbatore, has brought glory to the city by winning six gold medals at the prestigious CBSE Cluster Yoga Competition 2026, held at Heartfulness International School, Telangana on July 31, 2026. A contingent of 10 talented students represented the school at the competition, showcasing exceptional skills in various yoga categories.
The school's outstanding performance saw six students clinching first place and two students securing second place in different age categories and yoga disciplines. The achievements reflect the institution's commitment to holistic development beyond academics.
In the Rhythmic Pair Boys Under 19 category, Prajit from Grade X and Hemanth from Grade IX secured the gold medal with their synchronized performance. The Girls Under 19 Rhythmic Pair category witnessed another stellar performance by Bavya Sri of Grade XII and Pritika of Grade IX, who also claimed the top position.
The younger talent from the school proved equally impressive, with Rohit from Grade VIII and Selvadharshan from Grade VI winning gold in the Rhythmic Pair Boys Under 14 category. Their coordinated movements and precision earned them the coveted first place.
In the Artistic Pair Under 12 category, Akhilesh from Grade IX and Murugavel from Grade V demonstrated commendable skill and dedication, securing the silver medal with their second-place finish.
