More than 50,000 new voters added in Coimbatore district

About 52,674 voters have been added in the 10 assembly constituencies of Coimbatore district, taking the total number of eligible voters to 28,33,249.

Among the new voters who were added between March 1 to April 19, as per the supplementary electoral list released by the district collector Archana Patnaik, 25,632 are men, 26951 are women, and 31 belong to the third gender.

Of the total electorate in Coimbatore district, there are 14,09,037 men, 14,24,005 women, and 207 members of the third gender.
