Petition by Electricty Board Contractual Employees to District Collector

Today the Electricity Board employees who work on a contractual basis filed a petition to the district Collector seeking their demands of providing a proper identity card and make the employees permanent who are working there for more than 15 years.

They also stated that even after working there for 15 years  they were deprived of even the bonus and festival allowances. In 2014 nearly 150 employees were made permanent by the Electricity Board. Now the employees have petitioned the district collector to take the survey of contractual employees in the city and make them permanent and provide proper identity cards for them.
