Campus interview kick starts at TNAU

A two day job fair  is being organised by the Directorate of Student Welfare Organisation at TNAU on 14th & 15th June. Successfully graduated students participated with great spirit and enthusiasm in the fair. 

The welcome address was given by Dr. N. Ragupathi, Director of Students Welfare, TNAU. The job fair was inaugurated today by Dr. C.R. Anandakumar, Registrar of the University. He commenced his inaugural address by welcoming the 21 firms for participating in the fair and appreciated their trust on the University. It's a pride for the students to get graduated from this prestigious university, he added. The graduated students are being offered jobs from various sectors like Government, NGO, Service sector, Banking, National and International Companies and Research laboratory.

The Dean Dr. S. Mahimairaj in his felicitation address congratulated the Directorate of Students Welfare for guiding and creating such great opportunities for the outgoing students. Currently, there are 13 UG courses offered for the freshers. The 24% increase on the admission side compared to last year, is very promising, he said. It evidently shows the awareness and understanding amongst the younger generation towards the need of pursuing higher studies in agriculture and its allied courses.
