Tamilnadu Merchants Association President's press meet


Vellaiyan, the President of Tamil Nadu Merchants Association had visited Coimbatore to head the Merchant's Association Conference held today in Coimbatore.

At the press meet, he alleged that the Central government has failed to focus on the upliftment of the local retailers instead extending its fullest support for the growth of the corporates and foreign establishments. The banned products like Pan Parag and related items have set their foot back in Tamil Nadu, he lamented. The Government authorities are quandaring to curb the movement and sales of these restricted goods within the state. He assured that the Merchant Association will lend its full support to ensure people's welfare and aid in terminating the movement of all banned products in the market.
