Open drainage holes at Lakshmipuram bus stand

The Lakshmipuram bus stop (next to Omni bus stand) at Ganapathy pose a serious threat to the public as there is an open drainage right in front of the bus stand.

While rushing towards the buses, students and public face high possibilities to slip inside the drainage. Hence the locals adjure that the authorities should take necessary steps to cover the drainage immediately.

On July 20th, our district Collector in a press note emphasised strongly on closure of manholes to avoid unforeseen accidents.
