Not wrong to aspire to be a king: Tamilisai

Coimbatore: Stating that neither the DMK-Congress alliance nor the People Welfare Front (PWF) would render any benefit to the people of Tamil Nadu, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state president Tamilisai Soundararajan said that it would stitch together a stronger alliance in the coming assembly elections.

The BJP's hopes to rope in Vijayakanth's DMDK gathered traction on Sunday, a day after the actor-politician indicated that he wants to be the king rather than a kingmaker, which points towards his chief ministerial aspirations.
