High Court dismissed Sathyajoti's plea to rescue her daughters from Isha

The Madras High Court today had today dismissed Sathyajoti's plea alleging forceful detention of her daughters by Isha Yoga Foundation.

Sathyajyoti had moved a habeas corpus plea in the high court. The high court had ordered the district court Coimbatore to personally investigate the case and submit a detailed report. On10th August, the Coimbatore Principal District magistrate along with a panel of lawyers and Superintendent of Police Ramya Bharthi personally visited Isha and held an inquiry for more than three hours and yesterday they had submitted a detailed report to the Madras High court.

Today, the High Court Division Bench comprising of Justices S. Nagamuthu and V. Bharathidasan proposed that as per the reports submitted by the Coimbatore Principal District Judge there is no evidence to prove Kamaraj and Sathyajoti's allegation and that their daughters are staying at the Foundation on their own will. Hence, the justice dismissed the case and stated that the parents can visit their daughters and not to cause any commotion at the Organisation.
