Tamilnadu Trader Union demands safety of Tamil traders in Karnataka


Members of the Tamilnadu Trade Union today tried to demonstrate a protest in front of the Karnataka Bank, Ramnagar, Coimbatore seeking safety of Tamil traders in Karnataka.

More than thousand members of the TN Trade Union, gathered at the VOC grounds today and marched towards the Karnataka Bank, Ramnagar branch demanding justice and to put an end to the on-going violence against Tamilians in Karnataka. The trade union urged that the Central Government should ensure the safety of the traders belonging to Tamil community in Karnataka.

The police stopped their march mid-way and arrested the protestors.
