CB-CID ADGP, Karan Sinha visits Sasikumar's murder spot.

Now that Sasikumar's murder case has been shifted to CBCID, AGDP Karan Sinha from Chennai Crime branch was here in the city to discuss with the offcials on the case proceedings.

AGDP Karan Sinha along with Senior offcials inspected the murder spot at Subramaniapalayam, Thudiyalur, where Sasikumar was murdered by some unidentified people on 22nd September. 

Following his visit to the crime spot, a special discussion meet was convened at the Thudiyalur Police Station with all senior offcials of the police department, who briefed him on the current case position and shared the investigations /evidences collected, so far.  

Prior to transferring the case to CBCID, the case was handled under SP Ramya Bharathi and DIG Arun, Trichy, who formed eight special teams to investigate the incident. The CCTV footages and Sasikumar's phone records were also retrieved and reviewed by the team to derive at clues regarding the murderers. With CBCID's involvement, it is expected that the offenders will be identified, shortly.
