In a press release from the Apollo Hospitals, Chief Operating Officer, Subbiah Viswanathan stated that the Chief Minister J Jayalalitha continues to be under constant monitoring by the intensivists and the consultants in the panel. The press release also stated that respiratory support that is provided to our CM is closely watched and adjusted. Lung decongestion treatment is also being continued. All other comprehensive measures including nutrition, supportive therapy and passive physiotherapy are underway.
