Salem Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM) R. Saravanan inspected the ongoing Amrit Bharat Scheme works and maintenance activities at Tiruppur Railway Station and instructed officials to give top priority to safety measures.
Tiruppur: Salem Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM) R. Saravanan conducted an inspection of the ongoing construction and maintenance works being carried out under the Amrit Bharat Scheme at Tiruppur Railway Station.
During the inspection, he reviewed the station development works, railway station premises, parcel booking section, station master’s office, staff rest rooms, and passenger waiting halls.
He also directed officials to remove posters pasted by various departments on railway station walls and instructed them to place railway safety and awareness boards in locations clearly visible to the public.
Further, R. Saravanan inspected railway safety equipment and reviewed existing safety procedures. Stressing the importance of passenger and staff welfare, he instructed officials to accord top priority to all safety-related measures at the station.
