The Commissioner first visited a small bridge on Rajiv Gandhi Road in Seeranaickenpalayam, which falls under Ward 75 of the West Zone. The bridge has been experiencing frequent blockages during rainy seasons, causing inconvenience to residents. After a thorough examination, Prabakaran instructed the concerned engineer to prepare a project estimate for constructing a new ground-level bridge to address the issue.

Accompanying the Commissioner during this inspection were Assistant Commissioner Mrs. Santhiya, Zonal Health Officer Mr. Veeran, Assistant Engineer Mrs. Nithya, and Health Inspector Mr. Salaith.

In a separate visit, Commissioner Prabakaran inspected the newly constructed additional classrooms at the Municipal Middle School on Vincent Road in Kottaimedu, falling under Ward 82 of the Central Zone. The project, completed at a cost of Rs. 70 lakhs under the Corporation's General Fund and Education Fund scheme, added four new classrooms to the existing school building.

The Commissioner carefully examined the quality of construction and overall infrastructure of the new classrooms. He was joined by Works Committee Chairperson Mrs. Shanthi Murugan, Assistant Commissioner Mr. Senthilkumaran, Executive Engineer Mr. Karuppasamy, Zonal Health Officer Mr. Gunasekaran, and Assistant Engineer Mr. Sathishkumar, along with other municipal officials.
