Groundbreaking Ceremony for Water Storage Tank in Chinnampathy Village, Coimbatore

A bhoomi pooja was conducted for constructing a one lakh liter capacity water storage tank in Chinnampathy village, Mavuthampathy Panchayat, Coimbatore. The project is funded by the District Councillor Development Fund.


Coimbatore: A groundbreaking ceremony was held today (Sept. 13) for the construction of a one lakh liter capacity water storage tank in Chinnampathy village, MavuthampathyPanchayat, Madukkarai Union, Coimbatore district. The project is funded by the District Councillor Development Fund.



The bhoomi pooja was presided over by Thalapathi Murugesan, the Coimbatore South District Secretary of DMK. The ceremony was attended by various local officials and party members, including Union Secretary Senthilkumar and District Councillor Rajan.

This initiative aims to improve water storage and distribution capabilities in the rural area of Chinnampathy. The new water tank is expected to significantly enhance the water supply infrastructure for the local community, addressing their daily water needs more effectively.
