Coimbatore Ward 27 Councillor Inspects Health Centre, School and Sanitation Works in Peelamedu

Singanalur constituency Councillor Ambika Thanapaal of Peelamedu Ward 27 conducted field inspection of primary health centre, school book distribution, sewage repair and garbage collection works, interacting with residents. Ward Supervisor Easwari accompanied her during the visit.


Coimbatore: Ward Councillor Ambika Thanapaal conducted comprehensive field inspections of various development and welfare works in Peelamedu area, Ward No. 27, North Zone of Coimbatore Corporation under Singanalur Assembly constituency. The inspection covered Bharathi Colony Primary Health Centre, primary school, sewage maintenance and garbage collection works.



Councillor Ambika Thanapaal visited the Coimbatore Corporation Primary Health Centre operating in Bharathi Colony area of Peelamedu and conducted a detailed inspection. She verified public attendance registers and children's vaccination records during the visit. Doctors and nurses were present during the inspection.



New books and notebooks were distributed to students at Peelamedu Coimbatore Corporation Primary School. Councillor Ambika Thanapaal, who participated in the event, personally distributed notebooks to students. The school headmaster and teachers were present during the distribution.



Sewage blockage repair work was undertaken in Kanakkupillai Street area. Councillor Ambika Thanapaal visited the site and inspected the work. She instructed sanitation workers to completely clear the sewage blockage. Ward Supervisor Easwari accompanied her during the visit.



Councillor Ambika Thanapaal personally visited Bharathi Colony area to inspect whether daily garbage collection was being carried out properly. She enquired with residents about the regular arrival of garbage collection auto. Ward Supervisor Easwari was present during the inspection.



Councillor Ambika Thanapaal inspected garbage collection work through battery auto in Perumal Koil Street area. She urged residents to segregate biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste separately. Ward Supervisor Easwari accompanied her during the visit.
