VIBGYOR High Coimbatore Student Srijith Wins Gold at CBSE South Zone Skating Championship

Coimbatore: VIBGYOR High, Coimbatore, proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of Grade 8A student Srijith, who clinched the Gold Medal in the 300m Time Trial at the CBSE South Zone Skating Championship held at Little Woods School, Kakinada, on 23 July 2026.

Srijith clocked an impressive 28.91 seconds, emerging champion among over 200 skaters from across the South Zone. His exceptional performance has earned him selection to represent the South Zone at the upcoming CBSE National Skating Championship.

The young skating prodigy demonstrated exceptional skill and speed during the competition, outpacing competitors from multiple states in the southern region. The 300m Time Trial required both technical precision and sustained speed, challenges that Srijith navigated with remarkable competence.

The school administration has expressed immense pride in Srijith's accomplishment, which adds to VIBGYOR High's growing list of achievements in sports.
