Power Cut Tomorrow (23.10.2026) in Coimbatore Race Course Sub-Station Area

Coimbatore: Power supply will be cut tomorrow, October 23, 2026, from 9 am to 4 pm in several parts of the city due to monthly maintenance work at the Coimbatore Race Course sub-station.

The Electricity Board announced today that the maintenance work will be carried out at the Race Course sub-station during the stated hours, and as a result, power distribution will not be available in the following areas: Thomas Park, Kamarajar Road, Race Course, Avinashi Road (From Anna Statue To Collectorate), Trichy Road (From Kannan Department To Ramanathapuram Signal) and Puliyakulam Road.

Residents and establishments in these localities have been informed to plan accordingly for the duration of the outage.
