Tiruppur District Dams: Amaravathi and Thirumoorthy Water Levels

Coimbatore: Amaravathi Dam in Tirupur district stood at a water level of 52.04 feet as of October 29, against its full capacity of 90 feet.

The dam is currently receiving an inflow of 542 cubic feet per second. The outflow figure from the dam was not available as per the latest update.

Thirumoorthy Dam, located near Udumalaipettai in Tirupur district, has a full capacity of 60 feet. As of October 29, its water level stood at 46 feet.

The dam is receiving an inflow of 804 cubic feet per second, while water is being released from the dam at the rate of 21 cubic feet per second.
