Bus Wheels Buried Causes Traffic Jam on Madukkarai Market Road in Coimbatore

A government bus got stuck due to buried wheels on Madukkarai Market Road, Coimbatore, creating a temporary traffic congestion. The incident was resolved by traffic officials using a crane.

Coimbatore: A government bus encountered a mishap today, May 19, when its wheels were buried in a trench on Madukkarai Market Road, Coimbatore, causing significant traffic congestion.

The bus, bearing the registration TN 38 N 2859, was en route from Gandhipuram to Kannamma Naickenur.

The reason for this unfortunate incident is attributed to incomplete road work following recent maintenance for underground drainage systems. According to reports, the trenches were not properly sealed post-maintenance, leading to the bus getting stuck.
