About 25 workers were injured today, three of them seriously, when the pick-up jeep in which they were travelling, turned turtle while negotiating a curve in Ooty.
The jeep was carrying the workers, including 14 women, from a carrot farm, when the mishap occurred at Mutharai. Two of the three seriously injured workers were women. They had sustained head injuries.
All the injured were taken to the Government hospital in Coimbatore.
