RUCHIRA - A food festival by SNR Sons College for the food lovers of Coimbatore


'Ruchira' - an Authentic South Indian Food fest to relish for the foodies!

The Department of Catering Science and Hotel Management of S.N.R. Sons College, Coimbatore today, hosted an authentic South Indian Food Festival 'RUCHIRA' at their college premise. The young and budding chefs of the Catering Department showcased the art of preparing and serving food, deliciously and inviting. The need for inculcating good eating habits was also highlighted in the food fest.





The food fest aims at highlighting amazing talents and the diverse tastes of the past and present culinaries of South India. More than 45 varieties of delicious, spicy and absolutely sensational dishes with varied flavours, vouches for the popularity and palatability of South-Indian Cuisine.



Welcome Drink, Soups and Starters are in the fore to welcome the guests of the day. Salad Counters, Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian Counters with delectable dishes, lures the crowd. Nine blazing live counters for veg and Non-vegetarian, serves some exclusive relishing must-try dishes. 

 



DJ Music, entertainment, Lucky Draw winners can avail attractive offers from Club Mahindra Coorg, Dinner for two at Taj Vivanta and Residency, mouthwatering dishes.... it's going to be great evening for the visitors at ' Ruchira'. An extraordinary carving display renders a feast for the eyes.

The food festival will be open from 6.00 PM to 10.00 PM today.
